HATTKE Returns & Refund Policy
At HATTKE, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh, and safe food products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict no-refund policy. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our platform are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Spoiled or visibly unfit for consumption upon arrival
- Different from what you ordered
3. Reporting Timeframe
To be eligible for an exchange or refund due to damage or incorrect delivery, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product with packaging.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
4. Delivery & Failed Attempt Policy
At Hattke, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our shipping partners will make two additional attempts on separate calendar days.
If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts due to reasons including:
-Incorrect delivery address
-Unreachable or incorrect phone number
-Locked premises or unavailability of the recipient
-Refusal to accept the order (except in case of damaged products)
Then the order will be considered fulfilled from our end, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
5. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases of force majeure events such as:
-Civil disturbances
-Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, floods, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery for a safer time.

- We will gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund, subject to verification.
- Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your order number for speedy damaged product redressal.
